About this Store
Charlie Smith owned the original location based west of Marion, Indiana. He owned the business known as Smith Tri County Equipment from 1976-1983, before he passed away from cancer. At this time, Case Corporation took over the store, owning and operating it under the name Case Power and Equipment. Case Corporation built a new building across the road from the old one around 1990. Koenig Equipment bought the three Case Power and Equipment stores in August of 2002. A new 37,000 square foot building was constructed in the summer of 2009, and the dealership relocated to Gas City, Indiana, where the business resides today. Redline Equipment purchased the four Koenig Indiana locations in September of 2017.
