May’s Redliner of the Month

  • Categories

The Redliner of the Month honors an employee who lives Redline Equipment's core values. They are nominated by their peers and receive a gift package that includes a gift card of their choice for their family, a Redline Yeti tumbler, along with lunch with our CEO.

A lot of people will admit they have trouble remembering names, but Jordan Wolf, Parts Manager at the Huntington location, has a knack for knowing the customers who walk through the door and make their way to the parts counter. His dedication to his customers and coworkers hasn’t gone unnoticed, but he genuinely enjoys the relationships he’s built.

Cory Rice, Territory Account Manager, brags that Jordan’ s customer service and friendliness keeps customers, new and old, coming back to the Huntington location, but to Jordan it’s just part of the job.

“Having a chance to interact positively with customers makes all the difference,” said Jordan.

Jordan puts a heavy emphasis on detail and pays close attention to every area of the parts department. From customer needs to stocking the rights supplies, he always wants to learn and create solutions that will prevent future conflict.

“Jordan represents a very successful parts manager with his attention to detail,” said Lisa Reffett, Director of Parts. “He is quiet, but he lives and breathes the parts department here.”

On a weekly basis, Jordan may need to put in few extra hours to keep ahead of the work flow, but he doesn’t complain, and it motivates his coworkers to keep moving as well. Along with his motivation, Jordan demonstrates leadership.

“Jordan was a great mentor to me because I came from the auto industry and it was a big change but having his knowledge to support me made a huge difference for the ease of my transition,” said Travis Schenkel, Parts Counter Sales. “He has a plethora of knowledge that many guys can never even hope to obtain.”

Outside of work, Jordan helps with the family farm and occasionally finds himself repairing equipment. He also lends a helping hand to his daughter if she has questions about her homework.

Join us in congratulating Jordan as Redliner of the Month!
