The leadership team at Redline Equipment is an innovative group who are constantly working to create the equipment dealership of the future. They are passionate about leading a staff that serve as true partners and consultants to our customers.

Zach Hetterick
Zach Hetterick President & CEO

Zach oversees all operations of the company, ensures the financial health of the company, and coaches the employees of the company to exceed customer satisfaction. He comes from Case IH, where he held various roles including Parts and Service Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Livestock Marketing Manager for North America and most recently, Marketing Manager for High Horsepower Tractors for North America. He began his career at AGCO and also worked for Ohio CAT.  Hetterick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture at The Ohio State University.  

Mike Pitts
Mike Pitts Chief Financial Officer

Mike oversees financial and operational aspects of the company.  He spent 27 years with Duke Realty Corporation in Indianapolis where his previous role was Senior Vice President – Administrative Officer. Previous to that he worked as accountant at Ernst and Young.   Mike served as a board member of the Children’s Bureau. He is a graduate of Anderson University. 

Paul Cave
Paul Cave Vice President of Product Support

Paul leads all facets of aftermarket support, including parts and service, focusing on the customer experience and bringing value to customers. He comes from Whayne Supply where he held several positions including: Ag and Growth Industries Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Product Support Sales Manager. He previously worked at Miles Farm Supply, where he was the General Manager and started his career at Richway Industries as Ag Sales Manager. Paul is a graduate of Wartburg College in Iowa. 

Lisa Reffett
Lisa Reffett Director of Parts Lisa Reffett is responsible for leading the parts marketing programs, parts purchasing, and the strategic leadership of the parts function of the business. Reffett worked for Case IH as a Territory Parts and Service Representative. Prior to that, she was the Manager of Global Supply Management at John Deere. She also worked for General Motors where she served in several roles including Senior Buyer, Marketing Product Manager and Marketing Group Manager. Reffett is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a Certificate of Professional Development in Strategic Leadership from Wharton College of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. 
Cathie Hartung
Cathie Hartung Director of Marketing

Cathie oversees all aspects of the marketing program that support corporate and dealership activities. Additionally, her role includes seeking out strategic ways to further implement marketing and communication efficiencies. She brings more than 20 years of marketing and communications leadership experience in various industries, including agriculture, freight transportation and logistics, engineering and construction. Cathie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Cleary University in Ann Arbor, Michigan and a Master Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University.

Shannon Schilt
Shannon Schilt Human Resources Manager

Shannon Schilt leads talent acquisition, manages benefits packages and handles employee payroll. She has 15 years of experience in the banking industry and is a Licensed Insurance Agent for the State of Ohio in Property, Casualty, Life and Variable Products.
