March's Redliner of the Month
The Redliner of the Month honors an employee who lives Redline Equipment's core values. They are nominated by their peers and receive a gift package that includes a gift card of their choice for their family, a Redline Yeti tumbler, along with lunch with our CEO.
Mark Bruner has lived the history of Redline Equipment and witnessed evolutionary changes throughout the company, yet he continues to value every experience he encounters.
Mark began as a service technician with Archbold Equipment in 1976, and now serves as the Archbold Location, Assistant Service Manager. As a 40-year employee, Mark has built a strong customer base and has often worked with multiple generations of a family over the years. Mark holds great rapport with customers and co-workers and despite changes, he acts as a mentor and friend.
“Mark is willing to do whatever it takes to help all departments and his troubleshooting skills are a gift that is greatly appreciated,” said Craig Rufenacht, Service Manager. “He goes above the call of duty.”
Many times, Mark steps in during the busy season to lend a hand to the parts department or help customers over the phone. Occasionally his generosity results in a missed lunch break, but he never complains.
“Mark has an outstanding product knowledge and often gets called to the parts counter,” said Jeff Rutledge, Location Manager. “It could be something manufactured before he was born or a new model, but he knows the products and always has a smile on his face.”
Mark continues to seek new knowledge and do research on new equipment or techniques. He mentors new technicians and assists with problem-solving. In fact, if you search for “Mark Bruner, Redline Equipment” on Facebook, you’ll see firsthand how he aims to share information and promote continuous education.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys getting involved with local 4-H and FFA events. Recently, he was an instrumental part of a successful raffle event supporting the Fulton County Beef Producers. Mark is a lifetime Pettisville FFA Alumni Member and does what he can to act as a reliable resource for young agriculturists.
His fellow Redliners couldn't agree more. Join us in congratulating Mark as Redliner of the Month!
