During the 2019 Ohio FFA State Convention, Redline Equipment supported the Ohio FFA  along with members interested in becoming diesel mechanics by sponsoring the Agricultural Mechanics Repair & Maintenance (placement) Proficiency award.

One of Redline Equipments core values is community, and to be a supporter of agriculture youth development to ensure thriving rural communities. We enjoyed spending time talking with members about future plans, and how FFA has prepared them for a future career in agriculture. It was exciting to see the results of the award, and to sponsor an activity that the contestants  were so passionate about. Investing in youth who have a passion in diesel mechanics is a great way to nurture those who could potentially become a Redliner.

Andy Holscher of the Upper Valley Career Center Chapter was the 2019 State Winner.

Proficiency awards are granted to FFA members who have excelled in their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE). The Agricultural Mechanics Repair and Maintenance Placement Proficiency consists of programs in which students gain career experience while working alongside industry professionals operating, repairing and maintaining agricultural structures, machinery or equipment, including lawn equipment.

Redline Equipment is proud to be a Bronze Sponsor of Ohio FFA through Career Development, Proficiency Award, funding scholarships and the donation of the Blue Jacket Program.
