Redline Equipment Seed Meter Testing
1. Your meter is mounted on our NEW Kinze T4000 test stand, which is capable of testing all seed meters including Case IH, Kinze, Precision Planting, and John Deere.
2. The meter is filled with a sample of customer provided seed, if desired. Parameters such as target speed, target population, singulation setting, and vacuum are entered into the stand to best duplicate the customer's planter configuration.
3. We then use this data to adjust, clean, balance and repair the seed meter to ensure it's running at peak performance.
4. Customers will be provided with a summary comparing the pretest and post test performance, as well as an outline of repairs completed.
