A Sneak Peek at What’s Coming in 2018
The Redline team and I are looking ahead to the new year. I want to give you some insight as to what we have planned this year to serve you better, be your dealer of choice, and continue our plans to be the dealer of the future.
2018 will be the year of the customer experience for us. We had tremendous changes this past year and now that most of that is behind us, our sole focus is on improving your customer experience. This includes finding ways to add value in the off season such as our new inspection program and developing parts promotions to pass along savings. We know that you vote with your dollars and your experience with us will determine our future together. By mid-year we’ll have a dedicated program in place to follow up on purchases and services made to ensure you are satisfied with your experience.
Case IH Trident
For producers that choose to apply their own dry fertilizer and chemicals we will have the new Case IH Trident available. Our first unit is slated to arrive around April of 2018.
Precision Farming Development
We have nearly doubled our number of Precision Farming Specialist in the past 12 months. We have also added designated leadership to lead this department and grow it. Our goal is to expand our offering and support to ensure your success in this ever evolving industry.
Expanded Parts Route
Starting in February 2018 we will expand our parts shuttle, so any of our locations can move a part to another location within the next day. This will nearly double our parts inventory available and reduce your downtime. Alongside expanding the parts route we are currently expanding our stock of parts to have more when you need them.
In 2018 don’t be surprised if you call for a service technician and two show up at your farm together. This is just one part of our future hands on training program that teams our senior techs up with an apprentice to work alongside each other. We’ll be launching a compressive program to recruit young people into this career field, give them the foundation they need and provide a career pathway for success.
Transition to the Case IH/CNH Productivity Plus Account
The goal of providing this revolving account is to give you additional options and offers to finance your parts and service expenditures. This is a seamless process for both you and us. Alongside this transition, is streamlining your accounts to get down to one account per entity. This reduces confusion on your monthly statement as well as easier to find your equipment information. Look for details on this at our upcoming customer appreciation events.
As always, thank you for your business. We are going to work as hard as ever to earn it this coming year.
