Redline Equipment Invests $15,850 in Local FFA Members

  • Categories

We cannot thank our customers enough. Your loyalty to Redline Equipment allows us to continue our commitment to youth in agriculture in our communities.

We raised $15,850 for FFA through our Parts Days Sale. That money will go to fund scholarships for 54 Ohio and Indiana FFA members in the counties we serve, to attend the Washington Leadership Conference, Leadership Conferences and FFA Camp. In Michigan the funds will go to support the regional leadership camp that 120 members will benefit from.

“The redliners are extremely proud to be able to pay it forward. Most of our customers and many of our staff are former FFA members,” Heather Hetterick, Director of Marketing Communication at Redline Equipment said. “This is not a donation. We consider this an investment in youth in our communities to ensure they have opportunities for personal growth and leadership development.”

“We are very thankful for Redline Equipment and their customers,” Jessica Parrish, Executive Director of the Ohio FFA Foundation said. “This money will help provide transformational experiences for students that otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunity to attend life-changing leadership conferences.”

“Indiana FFA is focused on providing support for leadership programs that are essential to the success of our organization in developing our members,” Lisa Chaudion, executive director, Indiana FFA Foundation said. “Partnerships with organizations like Redline Equipment can help us prepare students for a variety of careers in agriculture, including business, science, food safety and security, and production.  Thank you to Redline Equipment for investing in the future of agriculture and the Indiana FFA!”

  Michigan FFA Region 2 Donation

Adrian Location Manager Kevin Laethem present the Michigan FFA Region 2 members with the $1,550 check.

“We are thankful for the support from Redline Equipment, which will allow us to make the most of the camp experience for our members,” Caitlin Henne, Michigan FFA Region 2 President said. “I am excited to watch the growth that is sure to ensue during their time at the Regional Leadership camp, which is an opportunity for members us to build new relationships with other students from our region, as well as develop their leadership skills.”

Redline Equipment’s fifth core value is community.  We strive to be a supporter of agriculture youth development to ensure the communities we do business in continue to thrive. Providing these opportunities to local FFA members is one part in that.

We’re grateful for the support of our customers and have no doubt we’ll see a return on our investment.
