Announcement about COVID-19
Redline Equipment is committed to providing parts, service and equipment support to our customers. To ensure compliance with state Orders we will be temporarily closing our stores to the general public in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, effective March 24, 2020 until further notice.
We know that you are relying on us to help you prepare for the upcoming planting season to provide the essential resources for your farming operation. We take this responsibility seriously and appreciate your continued trust and patience.
Operations going forward:
- All Redline Equipment locations will be closed to the general public.
- We will conduct routine business via phone, email or website contact forms or by appointment during normal business hours.
- We will continue to support our after-hours service.
- We will require the practice of Social Distancing which designates at least six feet while interacting with our employees.
- We will continue to practice cleanliness going forward.
- Please stay home if you aren’t feeling well.
We have implemented additional measures that will help to ensure that our customers are able to operate during these changes:
PARTS:
- ALL PARTS orders MUST BE arranged and prepaid in advance.
- Parts pickup options are below:
- Curbside pickup – we will bring them out to your vehicle (text/call when arrive at store, with vehicle description).
- After hours pickup can be made available on a case by case basis.
- As a reference, you can always access the CNH PARTS STORE on our website and/or fill in a PARTS REQUEST FORM and one of our Parts specialists will call to assist you with your needs.
- We ask that you remain patient with the increasing phone calls and encourage you to use the Parts Request Form online whenever possible.
SERVICE:
- ALL SERVICE INQUIRIES MUST BE MADE BY CALLING AHEAD. You will not have access to our store or shop areas.
- In-shop service will be made by appoint working through pickup and delivery as needed.
- As always, we offer on-farm service.
EQUIPMENT SALES:
- Equipment Sales will be by appointment. Contact your Territory Account Manager to arrange or call your local Redline Equipment store and an account manager will work with you on any equipment needs.
- We continue to receive equipment orders and are ready to provide the equipment you need to get in the fields or support your farming operations.
There’s understandably been increased demand and phone traffic as we prepare for an active planting season. As a result, we ask that you remain patient and encourage you to use our Parts and Service Request forms on our website.
